Via Chair Mail is part of a series using the image of a favorite living room fixture, my old blue velvet chair. It is treasured and admired for its antique poise. This is a fused art quilt made with hand-dyed and hand-stamped cotton fabrics. It measures 11 inches wide by 14 inches high.
This hand carved stamp was used to stamp the fabric surrounding the blue chair using black ink.
