Ever make a quilt and feel that something is missing? Why not put a bird on it? You’ll learn how to create a quick improvised quilt top with fused fabrics, then step back and critique your design. Learn how to incorporate repetition, variety, and balance into your design process and how a clear focal point (like a charming bird) adds interest and draws the viewer closer. These colorful, individual designs are created with a kit of hand-dyed fabrics and threads. (No sewing machine needed.)
